I was just trying to stock up a bit so I wouldn’t have to keep coming back and ordering the same thing again later. The site was easy enough to use and I found the items I needed, but after clicking around for a while, I realized most of the multipack options weren’t actually available. I ended up ordering singles instead, which wasn’t the end of the world, just kind of annoying.

I ordered these for my air purifier in the living room, the one that’s basically always running next to my bookshelf and the dog bed. The filter did fit, but it wasn’t quite as snug as the original one that came with the unit. It still seems to be working fine so far, and I haven’t noticed any weird noise or issues. I’d just double-check your model number before ordering, because these purifiers all look weirdly similar after a while.

I ordered from vevafilters.com and, to be fair, the filters arrived quickly. But compared to other places I’ve ordered filters from, the packaging was noticeably rougher. The outer box looked beat up by the time it got to me.

There wasn’t much padding inside either, so the filters were kind of sliding around. One of the inner boxes had a crushed corner, which made me a little unsure about using it, even if the filter itself was probably okay.
The product might end up working fine, but for something like filters, I expected the packing to be a bit more secure. I’ve had similar items arrive in much better shape from other sellers, so this wasn’t a great first impression.

It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for my order to show up. I get that delays happen but this feels way too long

Trying to return my order ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. I had plans to get this sorted quickly and move on, but instead I spent way too much time going back and forth and checking for updates because the refund info wasn’t clear at all. It threw off my day more than I expected. Maybe the filters themselves are fine, but the return and refund experience was a hassle for me. I wouldn’t order again

I wasn’t too impressed with this filter. It didn’t seem to fit right, like it was just a little off, and after I installed it the water had a weird taste to it. Maybe I got a bad one, but it just felt kinda cheap overal.

I really wanted this to work better, but the water still had that slightly weird taste after filtering. Maybe it’s just my tap water, I don’t know, but I expected it to taste cleaner. It’s not terrible or anything, just not the improvement I was hoping for.

I thought changing these filters would be a quick little job, but it ended up being annoying. The fit was finicky, and I kept having to go back to the manual to make sure I was doing it right. You expect something like this to be simple, especially if you have to do it every few months. I wouldn’t buy these again

I was just trying to find the right filter, but it ended up being way more annoying than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly for me, and the search felt clunky. After a while, you just get tired of clicking around and not finding what you need, so I gave up.

I was hoping this would help with smells and my allergies but honestly... not much changed. I’m still sneezing and the odors were still hanging around

I reached out to customer service no one ever replied to me. Frustrating!! I was just hoping for some kind of response, even a quick one?

I felt like this was overpriced for what it was. The filters seemed basic, and I kept expecting to notice some kind of difference, but I really didn’t. For the money, it just didn’t feel worth it at all. Then with shipping added on, it felt even more overpriced. I just don’t think the value is there, and I wouldn’t buy from here again

The filters themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But trying to change my subscription/reorder was way more annoying than I expected. I figured it would be a quick thing, but the site kept sending me in circles and I kept getting different answers depending on where I looked. Then I got a reorder reminder after I had already bought more, which was irritating. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth...
